print articleImagine Geoforce’s excitement when it was announced the 2016 Summer Olympics would be held in Rio de Janeiro, a mere three hour drive from our Geoforce do Brasil office in Macae, RJ, Brazil. Most of our Brazilian team planned vacations for this time so they could attend several events, including the golf tournament (pictured below). Our Brazil Operations Manager, Andre Chaboudet, even served as a volunteer at the Olympics!
With the closing ceremonies approaching this Sunday, we’ve begun to reflect on a wonderful couple of weeks. One thing we realized is just how similar the Olympics are to what Geoforce does:
