Can you afford to lose visibility of this cargo’s location? For an hour? For a day? For a week? Of course, we all know the answer already: losing visibility into critical assets can mean losing even more: money, time, productivity, safety, sanity…

This month we shine the spotlight on our novelist, traveler, and photographer extraordinaire Customer Success Manager – Kim Imbert!
Sandra: How long have you been working with Geoforce?
Kim: I have been with Geoforce for almost two years. I was previously with Cartasite for four years prior to the acquisition by Geoforce.
Sandra: What do you do at Geoforce?
Kim: I am currently working as a Customer Success Manager and project manager on the implementation and pilot team. I will be able to do more project management next year, and I am excited to apply my skills in a more focused way.
Sandra: What are your hobbies outside of work?
Kim: I have so many! I spend the most time these days writing young adult fantasy novels and hope to get published one day. I also do nature photography (check me out at www.kimberlylynnphoto.com) and enjoy hiking, backpacking, paddle boarding, anything outdoors really. It’s funny, I read our previous employee spotlight on Nathan in our Montana office and he also does nature photography. I guess there is something about living in areas with beautiful wilderness that inspires creativity. This year, my husband and I bought a Winnebago Mini Drop camper and now we are hooked on trailer camping adventures!
Sandra: What is your favorite attribute of Geoforce and why?
Kim: The people. I know it’s a bit cliche to say, but a workplace is only as good as the people you work with and Geoforce has the best of the best. The smartest, nicest, most clever individuals.
Sandra: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
Kim: I still need to visit New Zealand and see Hobbiton (from my favorite movies). Also, Stonehenge in England and visit all the haunts of famous English authors. I have an itch to go back to Iceland, as well, and travel the entire ring road. Talk about feeling transported to another world! That place is wild!
Sandra: What have you gained from working at Geoforce?
Kim: I continue to grow in my career and Geoforce has provided me the opportunity to do that in a supportive environment.
Sandra: What is your favorite part about the Holiday season?
Kim: The food, the decorations, and all the cheery holiday movies (yes, I am addicted to Hallmark Christmas movies). I would normally say getting together with all my friends and family, but you know, this is the pandemic season, and those gatherings are more low-key now.
