Employee Spotlight: Jenall Gold

This month’s employee spotlight is on the always energetic Jenall Gold, a member of our fun-loving Customer Operations team.

Hi, Jenall. My name is Kendall Hazleton and I’m a marketing intern here at Geoforce. You have been selected for the first employee spotlight of 2019! I’ll start off with some work-related questions, then ask a few others that are more about yourself. Ready?

Kendall: How long have you been working with Geoforce?

Jenall:  I have been with Geoforce for one year as of January 2nd!

Kendall: What do you do at Geoforce?

Jenall: I help our 700+ customers get the most out of their Geoforce investment in our Track and Trace solutions. That might mean facilitating cases or running an impromptu training session, but primarily, my job is to find where our customers are underutilizing our solutions for things like service verification, hours of service, and engine hour tracking, and help them maximize their value!

Kendall: What are your hobbies outside of work?

Jenall: Running!!! I love being active and taking my dog out of the house (for a drive, a walk, a run, to the lake, to the beach, etc.). My husband and I like spending time riding his Harley and going on adventures. I also love experiencing some live music.

Kendall: What is your favorite thing to eat for breakfast and why?

Jenall: This is bad, but I don’t usually eat breakfast. I will say, however, if I am in a position to eat my favorite breakfast, it is normally between the hours of 10 a.m. and noon and it would have to be Eggs Benedict or a Brisket Skillet at Starwood Café.

Kendall: What is your favorite attribute of Geoforce and why?

Jenall: I really do love that our roots are in Oil & Gas. I also love the GPS software industry and the people that come along with it. These are the things that really drew me to Geoforce as a company. The people are great and we’re always looking to do what’s best for the customer!

Kendall: What have you gained from working at Geoforce?

Jenall: In addition to the added industry experience, I have gained many friendships and I have learned more about what it means to be a part of and work successfully as a team.

Kendall: If you could have one magical power, what would it be and how would you use it?

Jenall: I would love the ability to be in two places at once! I would stop having to choose from the plethora of life’s options.

Kendall: What is something you have always wanted to do but never done?

Jenall: Okay, you got me. I’ve always wanted to have six-pack abs but I also love tacos, beer, and baked goods.

We had a lot of fun getting to know more about Jenall this month. She has played a big part in Geoforce’s success in the past year. We always appreciate her hard work and uplifting attitude. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for another great Employee Spotlight blog.
