Employee Spotlight – Fathima Riazuddin

This month we shine the spotlight on our painter and joy sharing Software QA Engineer – Fathima Riazuddin!

Sandra: How long have you been working with Geoforce?

Fathima: I have been with Geoforce for about 1 year and 8 months.

Sandra: What do you do at Geoforce?

Fathima: I am a Senior Software QA Engineer. I make sure that all the software which is released is defect free before it reaches production. Some of the projects I worked on: GT2, GIS Data, and the move to AWS. We help find the bugs (not pests) in the Track and Trace application before it reaches the customer.

Sandra: What are your hobbies outside of work?

Fathima: I like to do painting and create YouTube videos about Jewelry, crafts, and painting. Check out my Videos on YouTube – http://bit.ly/3qtbihj.

Sandra: If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?

Fathima: Ooh…I’d love to have the ability to make a person happy and peaceful by a simple touch.

Sandra: What is your favorite attribute of Geoforce and why?

Fathima: I value the transparency in the communication from leadership team to the rest of the employees.

Sandra: What have you gained from working at Geoforce?

Fathima: I learned about how our products and services are helping our customers improve their operations all over the world.

Sandra: Do you have a favorite meal, candy, or tradition to celebrate Valentine’s Day?

Fathima: Whatever my husband cooks is my favorite meal, and it allows me to relax from my daily chores. He is an excellent cook!

Sandra: What is something you have always wanted to do but never done?

Fathima: Visit Mars and meet the Martians.
