Employee Spotlight: Chelsey McCoy
Can you afford to lose visibility of this cargo’s location? For an hour? For a day? For a week? Of course, we all know the answer already: losing visibility into critical assets can mean losing even more: money, time, productivity, safety, sanity…
This month’s employee spotlight is on Chelsey McCoy (pictured on the right), a Geoforce Customer Service Specialist based in our Dallas headquarters office!
Q: How long have you been working with Geoforce?
A: 1 year and 8 months!
Q: What do you do at Geoforce?
A: I am a Customer Service Specialist. I take care of all customer needs and requests related to our software application and GPS tracking devices for our 500+ customers around the world, and work as a centralized support function within our Customer Operations team. Basically…I put out all the fires. I get to bring smiles to the faces of our customers, which is a great feeling.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: My hobbies are singing, dancing like an idiot, trying new things, and making people laugh (because then, I laugh too!)
Q: If you were stranded in an airport what would be your 3 must-haves?
A: Well….That is a tough question. I would say I must have a friend, a dog, and an endless supply of cocktails.
Q: What is your favorite attribute of Geoforce?
A: I would have to say it would be the relationships I have formed with the people here at Geoforce. I have met some incredible people, from whom I have learned so much from. They encourage and inspire me to keep going when I feel like I am at my lowest point. For that, my gratitude is something I cannot even begin to explain.
Q: What is your favorite thing about Fall?
A: My favorite thing about fall is the oversized sweaters and hot apple cider.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
A: If I could go anywhere in the world, I would go to Italy. Why you ask? Well DUH, THE ITALIAN FOOD. No other explanation needed.
