Employee Spotlight – Janna Milligan

This month we shine the spotlight on our baker, video game playing, workout queen, and Customer Support Specialist – Janna Milligan!

Sandra: How long have you been working with Geoforce?

Janna: It will be 3 years this July.

 

Sandra: What do you do at Geoforce?

Janna: I am a Customer Support Specialist. I take calls, e-mails, and questions from live chat from our customers and help them resolve issues to make the best use of their devices and software. Simply put, I’m here to provide our customers the best experience with our products and services.

 

Sandra: What are your hobbies outside of work?

Janna: A few of my hobbies include working out, cooking/baking, and playing video games.

 

Sandra: What is your favorite attribute of Geoforce and why?

Janna: The people, I feel like we at Geoforce try to look out for one another and someone is always there to help. The office atmosphere is very welcoming.

 

Sandra: What is your favorite thing to cook and/or eat?

Janna: Oh, that is a tough one. I do enjoy trying out new recipes, especially desserts and I love popcorn.

 

Sandra: What have you gained from working at Geoforce?

Janna: I have gained a better understanding of customers’ needs since I work closely with them. I have also learned the importance of providing the best customer service to make our customers’ experience a positive one so they can take full advantage of everything our tracking system has to offer.

 

Sandra: What is your favorite thing to do during Memorial Day weekend?

Janna: Honestly, I really enjoy just staying in and playing a video game or binge-watching a show. I am not a fan of the heat, even though I have lived in Texas my whole life.
