Hydrus works across large, often remote sites where equipment is constantly moving to meet changing field conditions and customer demands. Traditional mapping tools lacked the precise, current data needed to plan field service visits and avoid carrying excess inventory. SOLUTION

To address these challenges, Hydrus implemented Geoforce’s tracking platform, using AT2, GT1, and GO9 devices across their fleet. This gave them real-time visibility of tanks, generators, trucks, light towers, and more, all managed through a single system.

They can now track exact locations, engine hours, and asset usage while customizing records with IDs and VINs to fit their workflows. Seasonal billing flexibility also lets Hydrus pause charges during slower periods without losing access to their data. The result is a scalable solution that makes managing operations easier and more precise.

With Geoforce in place, Hydrus has eliminated the guesswork in tracking equipment. Their team spends less time on manual checks and sends techs out with only what’s needed, improving efficiency and cutting unnecessary site visits. Since deploying the system, they haven’t lost a single asset, a big change from past seasons.
