Extending Asset Visibility Beyond High-Value Equipment

PLANO, TEXAS — September 1, 2026 — Geoforce, a global leader in rugged asset intelligence solutions for the world’s most demanding industries, today announced that Adam Gainey has joined the company as Vice President, Finance and Revenue Operations. In the newly combined leadership role, Gainey will help connect financial planning, business performance and revenue operations as Geoforce continues to invest behind its growth and the expanding market opportunity for Field Asset Intelligence.
Gainey brings more than 15 years of experience spanning finance, revenue operations, commercial strategy, sales and data across B2B SaaS, private equity-backed companies and large global enterprises. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations build the financial and operating disciplines required to navigate growth, complex transactions and increasingly sophisticated go-to-market motions.
Most recently, Gainey served as Vice President of Revenue Operations at OrderMyGear, where he led efforts to align and optimize revenue performance across the organization. During six years with the company, his responsibilities expanded steadily from financial planning and analysis to finance and operations, business development and ultimately revenue operations — giving him a rare perspective across both the economics of the business and the systems responsible for generating growth.
Prior to OrderMyGear, Gainey spent more than a decade at Sabre Corporation in a progression of sales, commercial, finance and global operations leadership roles. His experience included leading financial planning, forecasting and commercial analysis for Sabre’s global Air business covering customers generating approximately $2.4 billion in annual revenue, as well as international responsibility for EMEA and APAC while based in London. Earlier in his tenure, he held customer-facing and commercial roles involving major global accounts, complex agreements and revenue-growth initiatives.
“Adam has spent his career at an intersection that is increasingly important as companies scale: where financial performance and comprehensive revenue analysis come together,” said Richard Clarke, Chief Financial Officer at Geoforce. “He understands that Finance should do more than report what happened and Revenue Operations should do more than administer systems. The real opportunity is to create a shared operating model that gives the business better visibility, sharper accountability and the ability to make better decisions faster. That combination of experience makes Adam an exceptional fit for where Geoforce is headed.”
Gainey joins Geoforce as the company continues to strengthen the operating foundation supporting its growth. As organizations increasingly look to connect and create intelligence from the physical equipment on which their operations and revenue depend, Geoforce is expanding its leadership in Field Asset Intelligence — a market opportunity built on nearly two decades of experience connecting rugged, distributed and often non-powered equipment in demanding environments around the world.
Capturing that opportunity requires more than market demand. It requires disciplined investment, accurate forecasting, efficient customer acquisition, strong unit economics and operating systems capable of scaling alongside the business.
In his new role, Gainey will work across Finance and Geoforce’s go-to-market organization to strengthen planning, forecasting, performance management, revenue processes, data and analytics. His responsibilities will help create greater connection between the investments Geoforce makes, the activities of its revenue teams and the financial outcomes those investments produce.
“Growth becomes much more powerful when everyone is operating from the same view of the business,” Clarke added. “Adam knows how to connect strategy, financial data and frontline revenue activity so that leaders can understand not only where the business is going, but what is driving the result and where we should invest next. As we pursue the opportunity ahead of Geoforce, that kind of operating discipline will be tremendously valuable.”
Gainey is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and works from Geoforce’s global headquarters in Plano.
