Cellular is an affordable option for assets in cellular coverage. Satellite is built for remote locations where cellular stops. Geoforce offers both on the same platform. A cell signal is not guaranteed in every work area. Satellites are built for where work actually happens.
How long does the battery naturally last?
GT1 devices have been in service in the Permian Basin for six, eight, ten years without a battery change. Actual battery life depends on reporting frequency and network selection.
What does Zone Zero certification mean?
Zone Zero is the highest hazardous location intrinsic safety classification in the world. It means the device is certified for continuous presence in explosive atmospheres. Most industrial trackers are not Zone Zero rated.
