Ron brings to Geoforce a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies, including customization of the solution selling process and management of complex sales cycles developed over a 30+ year career delivering B2B technology solutions. He has a passion for entrepreneurship, new business development, startups, innovation, digital transformation, and software commercialization. In his career, Ron has held direct P&L responsibility and managed large, cross-functional teams including sales & marketing, finance, software engineering, and operations. At Geoforce, he is responsible for all sales and revenue generating activities in our core U.S. markets.
Prior to Geoforce, Ron was President & GM at Form Automation Solutions, where he grew revenue from $0 to several million by launching a mobile data collection and reporting platform that allowed industrial companies to leverage mobility to improve plant asset performance. Prior to FAS, he served as a sales executive, VP Sales and then President & GM for Wonderware West, a $46 million business unit that distributed Wonderware software solutions to upstream Oil & Gas and other related industries.
Earlier in his career, Ron held various sales leadership and direct sales roles at technology and B2B software focused companies like Control Networks Plus, Broadvision, Spaceworks (acquired by JDA Software), the Reynolds Company (Rockwell Automation distributor), and Rexel (Schneider Electric distributor).
Ron earned a BS in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, mountain biking, following college and pro sports, and traveling with his wife.
