Geoforce Driver Invoice Certification preserves strong customer relationships

Can you afford to lose visibility of this cargo’s location? For an hour? For a day? For a week? Of course, we all know the answer already: losing visibility into critical assets can mean losing even more: money, time, productivity, safety, sanity…

Reputation and relationships in the oilfield are everything. Building strong customer relationships takes time, hard work and the ability to deliver time and again. But at the end of the day you have to get paid for all that hard work and nothing can jeopardize your customer relationships like quibbling over an invoice.   With a Geoforce Certified Driver Invoice, a user can quickly verify that a invoice submitted or received is complete and correct in minutes and remove this risk to strong, productive customer/supplier relationships.   Certification can take two forms: (1) interactive on-screen review of the driver’s day including every stop and trip and (2) a printer-friendly view of the same data (including maps) that can easily be attached to an invoice.   In the screenshot below the map provides an overview of a driver’s entire day — the red areas highlight where the driver spent the most time and the green represent areas the driver was just passing through. On the left is a scrollable list of each stop and trip throughout that day. Notably each stop is reverse geocoded to oilfield GIS data — in this case, well sites and water pits.

With the Driver Invoice Certification tool a reviewer can quickly see when the driver started and ended their day and determine that the driver spent the day making round trips between RATLIFF 1 and WP-WATKINS.

The printer-friendly version of the same information is available simply by hitting Print in the web browser:

With Geoforce Driver Invoice Certification tools, you can spend your time shoulder to shoulder with your best customers and suppliers getting the job done and building strong working relationships, not quibbling over invoices.
