Employee Spotlight: Josh Mullins - Geoforce

Employee Spotlight: Josh Mullins

Can you afford to lose visibility of this cargo’s location? For an hour? For a day? For a week? Of course, we all know the answer already: losing visibility into critical assets can mean losing even more: money, time, productivity, safety, sanity…

This month’s employee spotlight is on Josh Mullins, our regional sales manager covering North Texas and Oklahoma.

Q: What do you do for Geoforce?

A: As a Regional Sales Manager, I meet with new and existing customers in industries like oil & gas, construction, and transportation and logistics. I work with them to improve or streamline their field operations processes. It’s satisfying to see our GPS-based global traceability solutions for equipment tracking and our advanced vehicle tracking solution for meeting upcoming ELD mandates for Hours of Service logging generating value for our customers. I also do a lot of follow up on quotes, run webinars to demo our Track and Trace software application, push the Geoforce story, and keep an ear to the ground on what is happening in the market to help our product teams develop new solutions.

Q: How long have you been working with Geoforce?

A: Almost three years!

Q: What are your hobbies?

A: Golf, working out, sports in general, and concerts.

Q: If you could choose one song as your theme song, what would it be and why?

A: Comfort Zone by Marvin Sapp. Why? It’s a good reminder to never be complacent and to always continue to set high standards and expectations.

Q: If you were stranded in an airport what would be your 3 must-haves?

A: Fully charged phone, rental car just in case (our SVP of Global Business Development, Roopa Misra, will understand this one!), and good food.

Q: What is your favorite attribute of Geoforce?

A: I have to pick just one? I would say the ability to have a voice in the decisions of your accounts and the ability to leverage and show support from management to win deals. That starts with an attitude of wanting to win from the top down.

Q: What is your favorite part about the holidays?

A: My favorite holiday tradition is attending our traditional Christmas Eve church service as a family.
