Are there APIs available to extend the functionality of your software?
Geoforce offers a limited set of Web Services, which customers may use to query information. In the event that customers require specialized APIs, we are willing to work with customer requests. Additionally, we are constantly enhancing our APIs on regular intervals.

Ashburn, Virginia, USA.
What is the security access level?
Geoforce uses a SAS 70 compliant managed hosting provider for networking and server hosting. Access to physical servers and networking devices like firewalls and load balancers is limited only to our provider's personnel.
How do you ensure data privacy and preservation, including backups (onsite and offsite), restores, and any security certifications for the software, data center, etc.?
Data Privacy is maintained through strict access controls to all Geoforce servers and networking devices. Data Preservation is assured through redundant daily backups.
How do you handle access to the data from worldwide users, and have you experienced speed problems from more remote places like the Middle East or Africa?
Geoforce satellite devices do not require Internet access, and are therefore usable from most remote locations in the world, even those that have no Internet connectivity. The Geoforce application (user interface) is accessible by users from anywhere an Internet connection is present, and is as reliable as that connection.
We use a world-renowned hosting service to ensure world-class network availability. To date, we have received no complaints of network performance from users.
How often do you upgrade the SaaS system and software?
Depending on the development and QA cycle, Geoforce pushes code changes to the production environment approximately once every two weeks.
